Bath Barns

I just wanted to thank you so much for helping to organise a fantastic hen weekend! My sister was absolutely thrilled - and the barns were beautiful, even better than they looked in the photos. Everything ran really smoothly. The only downside is that some of the other hens are now requesting that I organise their hen dos in the future - ha ha ha! I might just pass them over to Acacia :) Imogen

Bath Barns are amazing! So spacious and comfortable, as soon as we arrived we all felt at home. The dinner on the Friday evening was excellent, the Chef and his helper were really friendly and well prepared. Nigel, on the Saturday night was superb he arrived early due to the weather (which was awful!) Set up and entertained us for the whole time he was there! The cocktails were fab and fun was definitely had by all!! All in all a fantastic weekend which I couldn't of done without your help! So thank you very much. Jo

So a more in depth response. Firstly to echo my email yesterday, it truly was an incredible weekend, everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves and the bride was thrilled! - sister/bridesmaid points for me! The Barns itself were lovely, gorgeous property! In fact I heard most people say they wished they lived there. It was a perfect place to host such a thing, with great amounts of space and lovely large shared living areas. The scenery too was beautiful and I would go back in a heart beat! Jane, the contact was very helpful, called her twice and both time she pointed me in the right direction. The transfers between activities and into town was a really great service, they were always perfectly punctual and made the whole thing run very smoothly. Drivers were great and the buses were nice too. Having that many girls it was great to have something to get everyone moving and set specific times to. Treatments - gorgeous!! Everyone loved these, most people had massages and they were very much enjoyed. The three therapists were very nice and were professional. Arrived on time and made the whole experience comfortable. Three course supper in The Barns - the food was delicious, the chef and waitress/sous chef were great, we hardly noticed they were there, no banging around in the open plan kitchen and just settled in, cooked great food and as you promised washed up. Couldn't have been better! Yoga - This was the activity most enjoyed by the bride as she's a bit of a yoga-goer, this is complimentary to the yoga women, Kara as the bride praised the activity - she's hard to please at that! As a yoga virgin for me to it was great, Kara got a good balance for all ranges and helped with positions along the way. She was lovely, again on time and it was great fun. We were very luckily with the weather which meant we could do the yoga outside and it was lovely. Having the mats was great so thank you, everyone was very appreciated of them being supplied. All in all a superb weekend!! Thank you for everything you did!

I just wanted to let you know how we got on this weekend. Overall we had a lovely time thank you, Annette the lady delivering the canapés was fantastic as were her canapés. The girls doing the beauty treatments and also 'Belle' our dance instructor were excellent and we had a great time (as I'm sure the ramblers passing by who saw us nipple tassels in situ also did!). The coach arrived promptly both at the start and the end of the evening and the drivers were very patient with the slightly tipsy girls who wanted to sing along to the radio! The ladies who prepared and served our meal on the Saturday evening were absolutely brilliant and the food was delicious. Thank you for all your help in organising the weekend.

Well the weekend was a success! I have recommended your website to approximately 5 people. Excellent accommodation (everyone was very impressed with the size and quality of the Barns. Excellent butlers (they sent an extra one for free!!) Great food prepared by the chefs and the spa was beautiful. Lots of happy but tired hens! Also the minibus company where fantastic, all drivers were very punctual and I was thoroughly impressed with their professional manner.

Just wanted to say a HUGE thank you for organising our weekend to the Bath Barns – the barns were incredible!! What a fantastic choice, thank you for arranging & for your recommendations. We will definitely be paying them another visit at some stage! Also thanks so much for sorting the transfers and the Bath spa vouchers, everything went down very well with the bride & fellow hens! I will certainly recommend Acacia to other friends in the future.
