It is situated in Somersal Herbert south of Ashbourne and 30 minutes to Derby or 50 minutes to Nottingham for a night out. It sleeps 18 people in total (bedroom details with bed information as table below).
The ground floor has a very large beamed living area with an open plan staircase and a fully equipped quality kitchen (range cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with chilled water and ice maker, microwave). Double doors from the sitting room open out on to the sunny patio. The extremely large open plan living area (approximately 50 feet by 18 feet) is ideal for large groups.
Facilities include a 52" television, Hi-Fi, DVD and Internet access.
Outside there is a patio/garden, plenty of private parking, BBQ (charcoal not provided) and a shared tennis court (tennis racquets and balls not provided).
All of the 7 bedrooms have en-suite facilities. Bed linen and towels are provided.
The nearest pub is about 3 miles away. The best shops are in Ashbourne which is 7 miles away.
