On the ground floor there is an impressive lounge with large sofas and wall mounted TV, large dining conservatory with contemporary oak tables and chairs leading out to an enclosed courtyard with garden furniture, hot tub and BBQ. The stylish kitchen is fully equipped and there is a separate games area.
On the ground floor there is also one double bedroom with adjoining twin bedroom and en-suite shower room. A second double bedroom which can be used for disabled guests with a suitable shower room.
On the first floor there is one superking/two single bedroom with an additional single bed, next door is a family bathroom with bath. 2nd superking or two singles bedroom plus a further single bed, with en suite wet room. 3rd superking or two singles bedroom with en suite wet room.
On the second floor there is one double bedroom and one superking or two singles bedroom (these two bedrooms share a wet room). One superking or two singles with en suite wet room. 2nd superking or two singles with dressing room suitable for a cot or small child, en suite bath rooms with shower over.
