Bath Modern Bath Spa Break

This stylish self-catering house is set in a large village on the outskirts of Bath (3.5 miles away). It’s close to the centre of the village for local amenities including two pubs and local shop, but enjoys a private location with a hot tub in the large garden.

The property sleeps 10-12 people in five twin/double rooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom; the huge master bedroom also has a double sofa bed. There is a further bathroom with bath with shower over and a separate shower cubicle, and also a downstairs cloakroom.

The house has ample space for a group of friends to relax: the stunning sitting room has a huge wide screen TV, DVD player and CD stereo. From here patio doors lead onto the garden. Inside, the sitting room leads on to the dining room which has seating for 8-10 people. The new fully fitted kitchen has all modern appliances including oven, hob, dishwasher and microwave.

The secluded rear garden is south-west facing catching the sun from midday to late into the evening and has a mixture of lawns, patios and mature trees and shrubs.

Towels and bed linen are provided.
