Set around a central courtyard, these 6 cottages and Barn are set-up for large hen groups on the edge of the New Forest with wonderful views over unspoilt water meadows. The main barn sleeps 16-18 people and has an impressive, open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room with a vaulted and beamed ceiling, wood burner and comfortable sofas and chairs.  If you’re looking to dine together the dining table can be extended to seat up to 48 people and the kitchen comes with double the appliances to compensate. The Cottages sleep 6 or 8 people and come with 2 or 3 bedrooms and open plan social areas. There is a huge games room for the more energetic which has table tennis, soft tennis and pool. There is an additional cottage nearby which sleeps 8 for larger numbers.

Set near to each other, they offer spacious accommodation with all home comforts. Cottage 1, sleeps 11 in 5 bedrooms and has a large sitting / dining room which can be set-up for 22 to dine together. Cottage 2, sleeps 10 and has 5 bedrooms and an open plan sitting, dining area. The wooden cabin is breathtaking. Sat on the edge of a lake, it boasts huge bi-fold doors which open up to bring the outside, in. If you are looking to entertain outside, there is plenty of room for bringing everyone together in the gardens.

Outside, the garden has a BBQ and fire pit perfect for Summer entertaining. For groups of 14 people, there’s a gorgeous nearby cabin which is set on a lake offering an open plan kitchen, diner, sitting area and 2 tastefully decorated bedrooms. There is also New Forest Retreats 11 which is capable of sleeping a further 11 people (in total 25 people).
