Step 1 - Deciding on what you want
- Browse the website for inspiration on activities and destinations
- Get a rough idea of the number of people and possible dates
- Contact Acacia for details on prices and availability or if you just need some extra inspiration. You can contact us by freephone, email or you can fill in the callback request and we'll phone you
- Check with your group that the date, destination, activities and price are suitable
- Contact Acacia to pay your deposit (minimum £250). We accept payment by bank transfer, cheque, debit or credit card but please call first to confirm - late bookings may require full payment by card. PLEASE NOTE: there are no charges when paying your deposit or refundable security deposit by credit card but if you choose to pay your balance by credit card there will be an additional fee of 2.5%.
- Once we have received your deposit we will send out a receipt and booking form which you will need to check, fill in the blanks, then sign and return
- We will advise you of the date your balance is due (normally eight weeks before first date of your break), and once you have paid your balance, we will send out a detailed plan for your holiday leaving you and your group to go and enjoy it
