The property is situated in a rural setting on the borders of Somerset and Wiltshire, just north of Rudge and approximately 12 miles south of Bath.
The beamed sitting room has soft lighting and period panelling and an attractive open fireplace. There are comfy sofas and a TV and video (with a large selection of videos).
The farmhouse kitchen has a Rayburn cooker, an electric cooker, a freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and country-kitchen table. There is a family bathroom with a roll top bath, separate shower room and 2 additional toilets.
There is a spacious master double bedroom with Turkey rugs, books, prints and a generous bed, a second double room and a twin bedroom.
Across the paved courtyard in the annexe, is a further ground floor bedroom with French-style double bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a study/sitting room.
The landscaped courtyard garden links the cottage and annexe and there is also a large country garden. Parking spaces are provided. You can walk to 2 village pubs from the cottage.
