For suitability we look for a good range of activities, miles and miles of glorious countryside to enjoy, and proximity to a small city or market town. Style is about the look and feel of the place, it's the buzz you get when you walk through Tenby's narrow cobbled streets, or when you punt along the Thames in Oxford.
We all have our own assessment of style, what's important to you may be watching Twelfth Night in Shakespeare's home town, or having a picnic in the middle of the Cotswolds with no other souls in site.
