Thank you to all of our customers for your kindness and patience whilst we have been working to rearrange your weekends.
The latest update from the government suggests that hospitality businesses e.g. restaurants and pubs, may be open in July unfortunately, as yet, there is no specific guidance on gatherings of small groups.
We are hoping for greater clarity over the next few weeks but given current social distancing guidelines we think it is unlikely that any June weekends will be able to travel. Over the next few weeks we’ll be contacting all groups due to travel in June to discuss their options.
For groups travelling in July and August we are postponing their balance due dates until such times as we think it likely that they will be able to go ahead as planned.”
Currently our office remains closed and we are two staff down but, after a very busy month, we are returning to some semblance of normality albeit working flexible hours from home.
We may not be able to answer the phone if you call but we will always call you back. Normal office hours are out the window right now, so don’t be surprised if we call you in the evening or at the weekend.
We will continue to work with existing customers as and when we know how their individual weekends will be impacted.
And we continue to receive many new enquiries and bookings for later this year and next year.
Along with all our customers, we are very much looking forward to returning to a more open society but appreciate this will be a gradual process which we all must follow.
It’s important that we don’t lose focus and continue to stick to the rules however, the clouds are beginning to disperse and the sun is coming out, let’s hope we can all meet up with our friends and families soon.
Stay safe, stay well, and stay strong,
The Acacia Team xxx
PS We are sending our love, thanks and very best wishes to all of our #nhsheroes
