It’s Tuesday the 31st of March and the Acacia Office is closed until the 1st of June.
We are working from home and all existing customers will continue to receive support during this time by email from their current contacts.
We will not be contacting or responding to customers on Wednesdays as we are using Wednesdays to focus on the administrative work necessary for moving our customers bookings.
Please can we ask that until the 1st of June:
– customers travelling from the 1st of September onwards hold off contacting us while we focus on those customers most effected by the current pandemic;
– all contact should be by email from the lead booker or one alternative person only.
We are working restricted hours from home and we are prioritising our bookings in date order.
Your patience and kindness during this unprecedented time is greatly appreciated.
