6 simple steps to booking…

1.Contact us

Let us know your rough hen group numbers, the ideal dates to travel & your thoughts on where you would like to travel & which activities you have in mind. Don’t worry if you’re not sure at this stage but any information will help us to create your ideal hen weekend

2. Get a quote

Based on the information you give us, we will put together some quotes for a 2 night stay at different cottages which we know are available with your preferred activities. This can take up to 48 hours for us to prepare – keep checking your spam folder! If you are unsure about which activities you would like we will do our Starter Package which includes: 2 nights stay, canapes delivered to your accommodation & return transfers for your night out – you can mix and match any of our activities as long as they are available in your area.

3. Refine & Amend

Discuss the different quotes with your hen party group to narrow your search. Once ready, speak to us to amend the details some more & refine your choice to ensure you create the weekend you want.

4.  Book your cottage

When you are happy with how your weekend looks, call us to check your cottage is still available. We will ask you to secure your hen weekend by making a card payment of a non-refundable deposit. Once the payment is confirmed, you will be assigned your very own Acacia Holiday Organiser who will be with you every step of the way up to your weekend and beyond. We realise things can change when planning hen weekends, especially when they are booked far in advance. Speak with your Holiday Organiser if this is the case and she will do her very best to help you in the most cost effective way.

5. Pay the balance

We will set you up with a personal Acacia account which gives you access to our easy to use on-line payment system. This allows you to decide whether to ask each member of your hen group to pay their hen weekend balance directly, or, for you to pay the whole balance in one lump sum. Your Acacia Holiday Organiser will guide you through the process and ensure you meet your payment deadline which is normally about 8 weeks prior to travel. Once the balance has been paid we will send you a detailed holiday plan with the cottage address, detailed itinerary plan & key contact numbers for your weekend.

6. Afterwards

We love to get your feedback so please let us know how your weekend went when you get back. You can also send us some photos to be entered into our Facebook competition for a chance to win our monthly bottle of champagne!  As long as there have been no breakages, your security deposit will be refunded within a week or two of your return.

Additional things you may like to know:

We accept payment by bank transfer, cheque, debit or credit card but please call first to confirm – late bookings may require full payment by card.

PLEASE NOTE: there are no charges when paying your initial deposit by credit card but if you choose to pay your balance or security deposit by credit card there will be an additional fee of 1.5%.
