2. Get a quote
We put together a few hen weekend quotes for cottages which are available on your preferred dates. The quotes will include two or more nights stay with two or more of your preferred activities. You can mix and match any activities or simply ask for the Starter Package which includes 2 nights stay, canapes & return transfers for your night out.
Discuss the different quotes with your hen party group to narrow your search. Once ready, speak to us to amend the details some more & refine your choice to ensure you create the hen party weekend you really want.
4. Book your cottage
When you are happy with the details, call us to book! We will check the cottage is still available and ask for a non-refundable deposit. Once paid, you will be personal Acacia Holiday Organiser. They will be with you every step of the way up to your weekend and beyond. We realise things can change when planning hen weekends, especially when they are booked far in advance. Speak with your Holiday Organiser if this is the case and she will do her very best to help you in the most cost effective way.
Your Acacia holiday account gives you and your hen group access to our easy-to-use online payment system. You can ask each hen do member to pay their holiday balance directly, or, if easier you can pay the whole balance in one lump sum. Your Acacia Holiday Organiser will guide you through the process and ensure you meet your payment deadline which is normally about 8 weeks prior to travel. Once the balance and refundable security deposit has been paid we will send you a detailed holiday plan with the cottage address, detailed itinerary plan & key contact numbers for your weekend.
We love to get your feedback so please let us know how your weekend went when you get back. You can enter our monthly Facebook photo competition for a chance to win a bottle of champagne! As long as there have been no breakages, your security deposit will be refunded within a week or two of your return.
We accept payment by bank transfer, cheque, debit or credit card but please call first to confirm. Last minute bookings may require full payment by card.
