There’s plenty of additional social space; the dining room seats 19 people for a celebratory meal, the elegant sitting room comes with comfortable sofas and warming log fire and the cosy snug with wood burner acts as a great break away room. Upstairs are 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms so you definitely won’t feel on top of each other when you’re getting ready. Outside, apart from wondering round the beautiful grounds there’s also a tennis court for a bit of competitive fun. Hot tub hire is available.

Cottage Features
Have returned from a "Girlie" weekend, what a lovely Property, it was all we had hoped for and more. The accommodation was perfect, clean, comfortable, homely and so welcoming. So many bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms was a huge bonus. Beds were cosy and comfortable.

Cottage Reviews…
The cottage could not have been more perfect for us during our stay and Belinda was a fantastic host who attended to our needs promptly if we needed her. We had a few hiccups trying to figure out how to use the oven on the Saturday night and Belinda was with us right away to show us how to use it. The cottage provided us with plenty of space in absolutely beautiful surroundings and as most of our entertainment took place at the cottage we felt we took full advantage of the accommodation and utilised all that it had to offer including playing polo on the lawn! We all had a great weekend. It was he perfect combination of a relaxing country spa weekend away to a vibrant city break in Harrogate. The house had every thing we needed and more. The grounds around the house made for the perfect spot for sunbathing and rounders. Belinda the host was extremely accommodating. She even put up with listening to our awful singing in the hot tub in the evening. The massages were just what we needed and the food was top notch.
