Herefordshire is a beautiful county on the Welsh border, a real countryside lover’s haven. There is lots of wonderful countryside activities from gorge walking to canoeing which are great for fit & fun hen weekends. Hereford itself, has a lovely cathedral, cafés, bars and restaurants which are sure to make for a great evening and daytime experience.

Bars & Restaurants
This all in one bar, restaurant and nightclub is open Wednesday to Sunday each week. The nightclub part caters for all ages and has an over 21 policy.
The Shack Revolution
Long tables with benches, this place is, as it says in the name, a shack but with a trendy and rather special edge. Stop for some cocktails or some great pizzas. It does get busy so better to book if you want food.

Great collection of stalls showcasing all you need for those very special presents & stocking fillers. Music & activities for children, choice of excellent street food plus the Friends’ Cafe serving warming mulled wine & very good cake.
Frank Oz, the director, voice-over and co-creator of the Muppets was born here in 1944.
It is believed that Nell Gwyn – mistress of Charles II, muse of Pepys, was born here!
Getting to Hereford
There is a station in Hereford with links to Birmingham and London Paddington.
There are excellent motorway and main road links with the rest of the UK. It is 3 hours from London and 1 ½ from Birmingham.
